Where are the leaders? There seems to be thousands of books and programs on the subject of leadership and leadership development programs. Most executives, would agree there are far fewer leaders in their office place than what they need. One of the main recurring questions is, “who will lead the company when the current executive team is gone?

For some reason, leadership development has become an increasingly complicated and extensive process.
